Hi Reader, I love crispy chicken cutlets, with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Usually they are fried, which, to me, is a messy, oil-splattered stovetop headache! That's why I came up with this baked chicken cutlet recipe. The chicken turns out crispy and golden on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside. This baked version tastes as good as fried versions, minus the messy stovetop. So now you can spend more time enjoying crispy cutlets and less time cleaning up!...
